Rock  Band

Rock Band is for graduates of Rock Orchestra. It places three guitars with a bass player, drummer, keyboard player and a vocalist to form a rock band.  Like Rock Orchestra, this program incorporates individual instruction in private lessons with coached rehearsals, and culminates in a showcase performance. At the end of the program, the students perform music with their band live on a professional stage with sound system and lights. Participation in the Rock Band Program gives students a basic knowledge of what it takes to be in a band; how to run an efficient rehearsal, stage presence and team work.

(students are place in their perspective band on a number of criteria: age, ability, and song choice.)
